    One star! The so called manager "Nick" was arrogant, he dont know how to treat with customers! I just asked him extra whip cream and he told me that i have to wait and i was there standing with my coffee for good 10 mins. i was pissed and told him just say NO and i will move, the solution he offered me is that "You can check my drive thru line, I am very busy"!! How much time it consumes to get the whip cream dispenser and press the hand pump??? Horrible experience, not going to visit again!

    PS, the lady at the counter was friendly and nice.
